Return & Exchange Policy
All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Handloom, by definition, means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Despite these variables, at Ethnic threads, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow exchange/ return/ refund (for eligible product categories) if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on the Purchases made online through our official website (www.ethnicthreads.com.au) and not applicable for products bought at offline stores or on any third-party platforms.
Ethnic Threads accepts exchange/ Return or Refund of item(s) purchased at full price (non-discounted/ Non SALE) within 7 days of delivery, with the following exclusions (not exchangeable /non-returnable products):
- Customized Products
- Custom Kurtas
- Jewelry
- Ready Made Blouses
Exchange of item(s) purchased from this exclusion list are considered for exchange within 7 days of purchase only if there is a manufacturing defect.
You can call us on +61- 416450302 or e-mail us at support@ethnicthreads.com.au within 7 days from the date of delivery to book an exchange/ return/ refund request.
In case the delivered item(s) is found damaged/ missing or has any manufacturing defect, please inform the Customer Care or e-mail us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange/ Return of item(s) (as mentioned above) is subject to the fulfilment of following conditions:
- The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with barcode and Price Tags intact.
- Ethnic Threads reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage.
- Once the returned item/s are received back at our warehouse, we will process the refund/store credit/exchange within 5 business days.
- Customers are responsible for return & exchange shipping cost.
- NOTE: Refunds and Store Credits do not include postage
- FULL PRICED ITEMS - Eligible for - REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
- SALE ITEMS -Eligible for - STORE CREDIT ( Customers are responsible for return shipping costs )
- FINAL SALE ITEMS - FINAL PURCHASE (Final sale items are not eligible for a refund. Final sale items are a final purchase)
- FAULTY OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM - If you believe you have received a faulty or received a wrong item, please send photos to support@ethnicthreads.com.au within 7 days.
- 3RD PARTY PROMOTIONAL TSHIRTS - Return & Exchange policy differs: ( HUKUM TEE)
- NO Exchange & NO Refund for Size corrections
- Our T shirts are manufactured and tested to ensure highest level of quality and comfort. In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects, we are happy to offer an Exchange for the same size purchased with NO refund.
- NO Exchange for Size corrections at Click & Collect locations
We will rectify this as quickly as we can. We will cover all costs to have the item either replaced or refunded.
